Can we run swim school and public sessions from one system?
Yes. Term classes and public sessions share the same pools, customers, memberships and POS, so a parent sees both in one account.
Can a junior membership pay for swim school?
Yes. A junior membership can cover the weekly lesson, so members enrol on the term without paying again, and the POS and online checkout both know it.
Can we keep swim tests on record?
Yes. Competencies such as a swim test are recorded on the swimmer with who signed them off and an expiry, and products can require them.
How do guests book from our website?
The online checkout sits on your website as a page or a pop-up in your colours, and can link straight to a date, product or time.
