There's plenty more besides, but these are our favourites: in 11 parts, all in every plan for £365 per site per month, and all working from one customer record.

Where we're strongest

The parts we've put the most into, and what you can do with each.

Offers

Not just a discount code: an offer for nearly anything you'd want to run.

  • Percentage, amount, fixed price, buy one get one, more off the more they buy, a free add-on or a bundle
  • By code, by link, automatically when it fits, or given by staff
  • On bookings, memberships, passes, packages, the café and the shop
  • Dates, days and times, early bird or last minute, spend, members or new customers, limits per person
  • Joining fees waived, members' payments discounted, and an offer for anyone leaving
  • Reports on what each offer gave away and what it brought in

Several sites

One account for a group, with each site run its own way.

  • Brands with their own name, logo, colours and email address, and sites under them
  • Café and shop items set up once and sold at every site, each at its own price, with its own stock and kitchen
  • Bookable products copied to another site with their schedules, tickets and prices
  • Ways to pay and invoice details per site
  • Reports for one site or the whole group

Several resources

Capacity lives on the real thing, so nothing sells the same space twice.

  • Places counted on the wall, court, pool or room, shared by everything that uses it
  • A session using several resources at once, or one after another with their own times
  • Ticket types with their own resource: the toddler area for under-fives, the main hall for the rest
  • Private hire of a whole resource, and turnaround time between bookings
  • Fewer places on a resource for one day, and the day laid out by resource

Several party rooms

Sell the party time, not the room: the room's worked out for you.

  • A party's programme in steps, each in its own place and time: the play frame, then the party room
  • A step can use any one of several rooms, so each party is given a free one
  • A time only sells out when every room is taken
  • The room on the booking, the day view and the kitchen's ticket, with the food timed before the party

Reporting

The numbers your accountant and your managers each ask for, without a spreadsheet in between.

  • More than 20 reports: attendance, bookings ahead, cash-up, revenue with VAT, money owed, discounts, members, passes and gift cards
  • Every figure says how it's worked out
  • By site, product and day, downloaded as CSV, Excel or PDF
  • A daily journal for Xero, QuickBooks or Sage, with deferred income released as it's earned
  • Questions about your figures answered by Ask HQ

  11. Capacity for one day

Fewer places on a resource for a date (staff off, a wall being reset) without touching the schedule.

  12. Overbook when you choose

A full session refuses another booking, unless someone allowed to overbooks it on purpose.

A timetable of the day across each wall, court, pool or room, with every booking on it.

  14. Online checkout on your website

A page or a pop-up in your colours, linking straight to a date, product or time, with offer codes, gift cards and member prices.

  17. Booking fees

A fee per order, per ticket or as a percentage of the basket, if you want one.

  18. Flexible booking

Guests can pay a little more to move or cancel up to a cut-off, for their money back or as credit.

  2. Codes, automatic or given by staff

A code they type or bring in a link, an offer that applies itself when it fits, or one staff choose: online, at the desk, on the POS, or all three.

Between dates, on chosen days and times, for early birds or last-minute bookers, and above a spend or a number of places.

  5. Who, and how often
