These terms are between LeisureHQ Limited ("we") and the venue that registers for LeisureHQ ("you"). By registering, or by using LeisureHQ, you agree to them. They cover the software itself; what your guests agree to when they book with you is your own terms, which you write in your settings.
The service
LeisureHQ is software for running a leisure venue: bookings, memberships, the point of sale, parties, agreements, marketing, reporting and the rest, provided over the internet. We host it, keep it running and improve it. Features change as we add to it; what's new is listed in the app.
Your account
- You're responsible for who you invite as staff, the roles you give them and what they do with their sign-in. Keep passwords and devices secure.
- You must have the right to use any data you put into LeisureHQ (your customers' details, your products, your branding) and to let us process it for you.
- You may not use LeisureHQ for anything unlawful, to send messages people haven't agreed to receive, or in a way that disrupts the service for others.
Fees
LeisureHQ is charged monthly, per site, at the price on our website when you register (or as agreed with you in writing), plus usage: emails, text messages and Ask HQ, at the rates shown. Card processing is charged by the card provider at its own rate. Usage is shown in your settings through the month before it's billed. Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide the service to you, as set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. You can export your customers and records at any time from the app. If you leave, we delete your data after a short period, except what we must keep by law.
Availability and support
We aim to keep LeisureHQ available at all times, and we tell you ahead of planned maintenance in the app. Help is in the app (Help & support) and by email. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted or free of faults, but we fix what we find and what you report.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect loss, lost profit or lost business.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using LeisureHQ at any time by telling us; the current month is paid and nothing more. We can suspend or end your account if you break these terms or don't pay, after telling you and giving you a chance to put it right where that's reasonable.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
