Can schools book and pay on account?
Yes. A business record holds its contacts and members, bookings can be charged to its account, and statements and invoices go to it.
Can a session need an instructor as well as space?
Yes. A product can need several resources at once, such as the ropes course and an instructor, and only offers times when all of them are free.
Can we see medical notes before an activity?
Yes. Allergy and medical notes are on each person's record and show on the booking and at the POS, so staff see them before the activity starts.
Do we need any hardware?
No. The back office, POS and check-in kiosk all run in a browser on a laptop or tablet.
