Parties on and off the ice
Party packages with ice time, a host and the party room, food choices per child, invitations with replies and parents signing for their children.
Season passes and multi-passes
Season passes as memberships that last a set number of weeks or months, and 10-skate passes shared with whoever they bring.
£365 per site per month, with everything in.
Bookings, memberships, the POS, parties, agreements, marketing and reports, plus usage. No set-up fee, no contract, nothing per member of staff.
Can we sell skate hire with the ticket?
Yes. Skate hire is an add-on offered per skater in the online checkout and at the POS, so the hire desk knows who's coming before they arrive.
Can skaters move up a level?
Levels can be kept on each skater as competencies, signed off with a date, and a class can ask for the level it needs.
Can we sell a season pass?
Yes. A one-off membership lasts a set number of weeks or months from the day it starts, with the benefits you choose while it runs.
Does it run on the tablets we already have?
Yes. The POS, the check-in kiosk and the back office all run in a browser on any tablet or laptop.
