For climbing walls
Software for climbing walls, from first boulder to belay sign-off.
Open sessions with capacity on the wall, intro courses and coaching, a kids' club by the term, and belay competencies that follow the climber. Members, passes, the café and the shop on one POS, and every climber signed before they tie in.

Built for climbing walls
What a climbing wall needs, in one system.
Sessions with real capacity
Open bouldering, arrival slots or all-day entry, counted against the wall itself so the busy evening never oversells. Members book their place free; everyone else pays online or at the desk.
Competencies that follow the climber
Record belay and lead sign-offs on the climber, with an expiry if you want one. Roped sessions can ask for them, so nobody's booked onto something they're not signed off for.
Courses, coaching and kids' clubs
Intro courses and private coaching with an instructor, and a junior club sold by the term or the rest of the term, with weekly groups by age and a register for each.
Memberships and 10-climb passes
Monthly and annual memberships with minimum terms, off-peak plans, family members, youth members who move up a band on their birthday, and passes shared between friends.
Agreements before they climb
Participation agreements signed online before the visit, at a kiosk or on a tablet at the desk, with a parent signing for anyone under the age you set. Check-in stops anyone who hasn't.
Parties and comps
Birthday parties with a host, the party room and food choices, invitations guests reply to, and evening competitions with early access for members.
A look inside
Running on Summit Climbing, a sample climbing wall.
Every venue starts with sample data like this, so there's something on every screen while you look around. Clear it when you're ready for your own.

The day by resource: every session, class and party, and how full each is.
Summit Climbing's online checkout, in its own colours, on its own website.
£365 per site per month, with everything in.
Bookings, memberships, the POS, parties, agreements, marketing and reports, plus usage. No set-up fee, no contract, nothing per member of staff.
Can it check belay competencies at check-in?
Yes. Competencies are kept on the climber's record with who signed them off and when they expire. A product can require one, and the booking, the POS and check-in all say when it's missing.
We're on Rock Gym Pro or ROLLER. Can we move?
Yes. Settings > Import reads Rock Gym Pro and ROLLER exports as they come: customers and families, memberships, passes, signed agreements, future bookings and visit history. We do the first import with you.
Does it handle a kids' club by the term?
Yes. Term classes are sold for the whole term or the rest of it, with weekly groups by age, single sessions to try, and youth memberships that can pay for them.
Can climbers check themselves in?
Yes. A self check-in kiosk on any tablet finds them by QR code, membership number or name and postcode, gets anything missing signed, and checks them in. Gates can let members straight through.
